Positive: The area is very nice with lots of walk paths. There are some lakes and pool but we could not enjoy during winter, neither the "warm" pool that was very cold. However we have found the price a big expensive comparing with spring/summer taking in consideration that due to weather we could not take the most of it. The view from the room is very nice, the room was spacious, big and comfortable for family of 4

Negative: 48Euros per breakfast for 2 adultos and 2 children. However we can't buy only for adults, this is important for cases where children have different type of breakfast, we can't choose. Indoor Swimming pool it's not considerable heated, it was always empty and very cold. 170 euros per night is bit expensive considering that during winter we can't use mostly of the available things to do. The restaurant how to say this in a friendly manner,it was very bad, the idea is good the traditional peixinhos da horta but someone need to do a demonstration of basic Portuguese cucine. AC just in top of the bed pointing to our faces is not the best when it's very cold and we need to use it during the night, I suggest to put the AC in a different area
