3 bedroom detached single storey villa with private pool and rooftop solarium in the La Herrada area of Los Montesinos. The pool area has outdoor dining table and chairs, BBQ and sun loungers. It has a large porch, entrance hall, spacious lounge/dining area, separate kitchen, family bathroom, 3 bedrooms (1 twin and 2 double) with the master bedroom having an en-suite shower room. The villa is well furnished with air conditioning/heating in the lounge and all bedrooms.The villa benefits from free WIFI access and English TV channels. La Herrada can be found on the edge of the very Spanish village of Los Montesinos with its traditional village square, shops, bars and restaurants. Los Montesinos is close to the salt lake and the protected natural park. The villa is within easy walking distance of a large supermarket and a bar. It is only a short drive to the beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja and near to several golf courses. Our villa is easily accessible from Alicante airport (about 40 mins away). Summary: Just got back from an amazing week away with my family there was 4 adults and 2 kids, the villa was everything we needed, there was ample space for all of us. The pool was amazing love that it had lights in it as the kids were in it until 10pm some nights. The patio area was lovey, shaded during the day we had alot of family meals there. Great having a washing machine and a airer and washing line on the terrace. Great that there is a big supermarket 2 min walk away, and a outside gym area 2 min walk away kids loved that in the evenings. I would say you do really need to get a car if you want visit places as trying to get a taxi was abit of a nightmare,even tho the main town was on 23 min walk away my mum couldnt manage that in the heat, but was a lovely walk in the evenings once it had cooled down. Was easy getting a taxi from airport to the villa cost £80 euros but trying to get one to go to Torrevieja was impossible so we hired a car for the last 4 days so we could drop off at the airport, so we went to a massive shopping centre in la zenia. Was very clean apart from the floors but that is because there is alot of work going on round there and i think its from the dust as we mopped the floors and the next day was dusty again but that cant be helped,even tho there was work going on it wasnt to loud. We didnt need to speak with the property managers so cant comment on that. All the adults and the kids had a great time great villa great pool Thank you so much
