Summary: Although the room on the 5th floor was spacious, we felt like we were in an attic! Good view from the window but we couldn't see it much due to the single bed placed under the window. The bed wasn't that comfy although spacious but the sheets weren't long enough and kept sliding down from the pillows. The hotel is splendid downstairs and was very festive but the bedrooms need updating as do the en suites. We found the man who gave us our room robe pleasant but apart from a cleaner, we had no conversation with anyone. On leaving the hotel we handed in the key and there was a quick thank you. I wouldn't return as i found it expensive for the room. They desperately need to update upstairs. staff
