A unique and charming cottage in the historic Old Town, Gowland Cottage has a sitting room, dining room with reading nook, fully equipped kitchen which opens onto the patio garden. Through a doorway up the stairs to the first floor you will find a twin bedroom with a countryside theme and cotton linens. Also on the first floor is a cosy single room which acknowledges Scarborough’s fishing history. A daybed makes this a perfect relaxing space after a busy day exploring the sights. A spacious family bathroom with a good shower over bath is also on the first floor. Take another flight of stairs to the top of the house where you will find the romantic master bedroom, with king size bed and fresh cotton linens - it really is a peaceful haven. Gowland Cottage is only a short walking distance from the busy harbour and 18th century pier, beautiful sandy beaches, shops, amusements, restaurants, pubs and bars of beautiful Scarborough.
