Positive: Firstly, beautiful old building set in lovely grounds looking out to the River Avon and Salisbury Cathedral. The staff were most helpful, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There was a free shuttle bus to take you to and from the town centre after 6.00pm. Also there was a complementary free drink to welcome you. Rooms were tastefully decorated, warm and cosy. Bathroom was spotlessly clean and great shower with bath. Breakfast incredible, so much choice 🙂

Negative: Nothing!!
