The Overlook has been architect designed and has breathtaking sea views across the English Channel. There are two large double bedrooms, both with en-suite showers and doors opening onto a separate balcony facing south and looking out to sea. There is a further twin bedroom, and a family bathroom. The open plan living area is accessed down some internal steps and benefits form patio doors leading to a second large terrace with table and seating. The Overlook has been furnished to a high standard and benefits from ample off road parking.
It is situated only a few minutes' walk from the centre of Ventnor, a Victorian seaside town with buildings full of character. In addition to the main shopping street where you will find a selection of small supermarkets to include a Co-op and Tesco Express, there are parks and gardens, museums and the Winter Gardens - an entertainment venue with a growing reputation for theatre, concerts, comedy and dance shows and of course the restaurant/bar.
There are a number of great restaurants in Ventnor including Cantina, The Ale & Oyster, and the Smoking Lobster to name a few. The famous Spyglass pub sits right on the sea, and there are some great tea and coffee shops and Lady Scarlett's Tea Parlour (complete with 1940's theming) are favourites.
