The Linhay is a single-storey barn conversion housing an open-plan livnig space with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The bedrooms include a king-size with en-suite bathroom and a twin with en-suite shower. Outside there is a patio with furniture and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.9 miles there is a shop and pub and please note, two dogs are welcome. Sorry, there is no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is also a travel cot and highchair, available on request. The Linhay is a wonderful place for a rural escape to Devon. Short breaks will only be accepted for 3 night or more. Note: EV charger available payable through the Voltshare App.
