This is a stunning 4-bedroom villa, located on the popular Desert Springs Golf Resort just meters from the course itself and only a short drive to Vera Playa with its blue flag beaches, bars and restaurants.
The villa is spread over four floors and has views across the golf course and the beautiful scenery beyond.
Upon entering the villa, the entrance hall opens into a large and bright lounge dining room tastefully decorated and presented with quality furnishings. The lounge has French doors which lead out into the extensive terrace with ample areas to relax and dine or just enjoy the views. The swimming pool has been creatively designed and fits very well into the natural surroundings of both the villa and the rest of Desert Springs.
The kitchen is also accessed from the entrance hall and has all of the usual amenities, large gas hob, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, etc.
The main staircase leads you to the first floor where you will find three bedrooms, one which is en suite and the main bathroom. All three rooms are doubles with windows enjoying the views. The en suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin and the main bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC, bidet and twin wash basins.
Continuing up the main staircase there is a large terrace which overlooks the golf course and has comfortable seating area to sit and relax. At the top of the staircase on the second floor you have the large master bedroom with en suite. The room is a double and has French doors which open out onto another terrace again with excellent views. The en suite bathroom offers a bath with shower over, WC, bidet and twin wash basins.
Returning to the ground floor the main staircase leads down to the lower ground floor level. Halfway down there is a large laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. When you reach the lower level, you are presented with an amazing space which feels a bit like walking into a proper “olde worlde” pub. There are antique mirrors on the walls, a wine cellar and old double swing doors that appear to be a gents’ tailors. There is a large antique dining table and chairs perfect for spending time and a dram or two with friends and family.
This is terrific property where you can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings with friends and/or family as well as partaking in a round or more of golf.
