This lovely south facing Villa is located on a hillside just 4 km west of Albufeira famous for the hillside, called The Hill of The Eagle (Cerro da Águia). Here you can enjoy amazing views to the Atlantic Ocean.
The nearest beach at São Rafael, Praia da Coelha, Praia da Galé are approximately 4 to 5 km away. You'll also find a supermarket, restaurant and bar nearby. Facilities as Zoomarine & Water Parks are only a quick 10/15m drive away and Albufeira city centre just 4Km where you will find lots of fun and entertainment.
The villa is 165m2 on a 620m2 plot and has its own private oval-shaped pool (6x3m) and sun terrace where you can relax and soak up the sun. There is also a built-in barbecue for enjoying a pleasant evening outside dining under the stars and warm climate.
