The fully enclosed outdoor space offers a brand new saltwater pool with lounge chairs, an in-pool umbrella holder, outdoor seating and dining area & a BBQ grill.
A basketball hoop, foosball table, board games, books and pop-up soccer goals keep everyone in the family entertained.

Pool alarms are installed on doors/windows leading to the backyard and must remain active. Children and non-swimmers must be actively supervised at all times. No glass, diving, rough play, or tampering with pool/heater equipment is allowed.
The pool heater runs on a preset schedule and gradually heats the water during the day. Pool temperature depends on weather, overnight lows, wind, rain, and cloud cover and is not intended to reach hot-tub temperatures.
