The villa comes fully equipped with air conditioning fully fitted kitchen BBQ, 55 inch TV, And WiFi and over 100 TV Channels The villa has 3 double bedrooms and a brand new sofa that pulls out to a full size double bed so can sleep upto 8 people in total and there is also a travel cot if needed for a baby. just had a brand new shower and bathroom fitted and fibre internet installed also has a cool down shower fitted on the roof terrace so if you get to hot sunbathing you don't need to go downstairs to the pool just to cool down
You also have a private roof terrace for watching the sun go down that overlooks 2 massive lakes
le mata is the nearest beach about 3-4 miles but in my apinion
Guardamar is far better and its about 9 miles away there is also a water park about 2 miles from the house
there is free wifi with fibre internet and plenty of parking and there is restaurants within walking distance
and a carreforre supermarket 5 minute drive
You are around 5 miles to the nearest main town with great restaurants and beachs and only 15mins away from 3 top golf courses
This is all around a 30-40 min drive from Alicante airport
