It is a perfect base for exploring Cornwall with great transport links and virtually the whole county within a 1 hour drive. It is 15 minutes walk from pubs, cafes and restaurants in picturesque and historic Charlestown. There is easy access to walks, water sports and golf. It is accessible by public transport and about 1 mile from 2 major supermarkets. Despite this, the location is peaceful and rural. It is located in a block with an elevator, enabling easy access for elderly or disabled clients. The apartment is strictly non smoking. It is not suitable for babies and young children because of the balconies and consequent safety concerns. Well behaved older children are welcome however. There is a golf course nearby and National Cycle Routes 2&3 are easily reached.
The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are the most well known of numerous attractions and places to visit within a short drive, or in many cases a bus/train or even a bike ride!
