As stated in our online apartment description, laundry and cleaning (to Covid 19 guidance) is extra.
Housekeeper/key holder Serena asks for a €60 cash fee on arrival for her housekeeping and 24/7 help should you need.
At the same time, in line with holiday agents guidelines, she will ask for a REFUNDABLE cash payment of 50 euro cash as a breakage / key loss deposit. This is refunded after your visit, when she has quickly checked over the apartment.
PLEASE NOTE: She is not employed by us, just a one person local service, and your holiday price was adjusted, so you are paying no extra.
**** She also offers a pick up / drop off airport service for 45 euro each way. (55 after midnight) - Taxis charge between 65 and 75 euro. Email her that you need collecting, prior to your holiday.

ELECTRICITY Note: Since the pandemic & the Ukraine war, costs have more than doubled in Spain, and many of the rental apartments have increased in price to cover this problem INSTEAD of increasing our price, we have installed an electric meter to give our guests control over their electricity usage – as a guideline we estimate that it costs around €1.5 per day total, for all the regular appliances, including efficient ceiling & floor fans.
The air-con is extra and is EXPENSIVE costing around €4 per 24 hours. We think it’s not necessary with our efficient ceiling and floor fans plus there is mosquito gauze to the windows so you can let in the great sea breezes.
