Summary: We had a lovely relaxing 8 days. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Meliá hotels are excellent. We paid extra for The Reserve and it was definitely worth it. The Reserve breakfast and lunch buffet was ideal. The pool was fabulous with Bali beds and lots of loungers. Maivelys was incredible serving drinks, fruit and ice cream. She definitely deserves a special mention and is a true asset to the Paradisus.
