Townhouse Mar 1 is a stunning holiday home located in a complex with well kept gardens, communal swimming pools and stunning sea views. Just a 5 minute drive from Albufeira, this 2 bedroom property is ideal for couples or families looking for a quiet holiday in the sun.
On the first floor, the townhouse has 2 bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms: one with 2 single beds and a master bedroom with a double bed and balcony with breath taking sea views to awake to.
The ground floor has been beautifully fitted with marble floors and stainless steel and glass staircase; and includes a fully equipped kitchen (with fully integrated washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and oven) and dining area. The living room is bright and airy, extending out onto the lovely outdoor terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Here you can enjoy meals al fresco cooked on the built-in barbeque, while enjoying the view.
The property also has free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning in all bedrooms.
The complex provides 2 swimming pools (1 large for adults and 1 for children) and well-kept gardens, as well as stunning sea views.
