The villa is spacious and set over 2 levels and is ideal for 1 or 2 or 3 families . There are 5 bedrooms (4 good-sized bedrooms plus one small bedroom) , 3 bathrooms, large living room, separate conservatory, main kitchen, summer kitchen, Charcoal BBQ, gas Plancha Grill. From nearly all the rooms you can see and hear the ocean. Outside is a large garden (1500m2) set all around the villa offering different areas to relax and enjoy. There is a large swimming pool 9 meters x 4.5 meters plus a separate "Kiddies" Pool (4 meters in diameter and 0.6 meters deep) , Ping Pong Table & Table Football, 8 sunbeds, shaded dining area for 10+ guests next to the pool plus more seating areas around the villa. One of the best features of the villa are the amazing Ocean views and private staircase leading down to cabo roig beach,(this is the only villa overlooking Cala Capitan beach with its own private staircase onto the beach!! If you are looking for a relaxing beach holiday with all the family or friends this villa is ideal.
Cooling - There are modern high speed ceiling fans with remote control operation directly over the beds in each bedroom, lounge and conservatory.
Villas located this close to the Ocean benefit from a constant gently sea breeze. The bedroom windows can be opened when sleeping. there are outer louvered shutters which can be closed & locked for security but still allow a generous air flow for cooling, plus you get to listen to the ocean as you fall asleep !!
