This detached smart modern two bedroom home (which have two super king size “zip & clip” beds to convert into singles making it four single beds) is very central to the M5 and sits between Topsham and Exeter with public transport nearby. The house is approx 3.5 miles from Exeter city centre and 1 mile from Topsham and is close to the Chiefs Rugby stadium 1 mile from the house.
