Situated out in a lovely countryside setting. With Wi-Fi included, guests have an entrance hall, leading to open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. Shower room and 2 bedrooms. Cabin surrounded by a private, secure decked area with a table and seating . Situated alongside a Steam Railway Station that runs on occasional days and for special events (The LWR). Built bespoke and well equipped, with double room plus 2 bunks. Kitchen, dining & lounge with TV. Private outside deck with seating. Bedding, towels & private drive for parking inc.
Set in beautiful open countryside with fabulous views.
Small well-behaved dogs are welcome (see house rules)
Local pub is a pleasant level mile walk away, down a country lane.
Due to our quiet countryside location, own car is essential, though cycles are a great idea, or a choice to walk 1 mile for the bus to either Louth or Grimsby direction, where further bus routes are available to travel further afield. Taxis from Louth to site are approx. £17 for an evening out.
Private access and parking with paved ramp up to gated decking. Own key provided at pre-arranged arrival time for meet and greet.
Guests will be given their own key and, following our meet and greet, will have their own privacy.
We are a very friendly lot here, at The Old Station Yard. We have a Steam Railway next door, local beaches and traditional seaside towns a short drive away, plus the beautiful market town of Louth. The Lincolnshire Wolds are perfect for walking & cycling. Lovely local pubs serving food. Abundant Wildlife including Donna Nook Seal Sanctuary, and fabulous, historic Lincoln, just a pleasant drive away.
Car and cycling are the most convenient, though a bus stop is a level mile away. Taxis are readily available from Louth. Nearest Train station in Cleethorpes.
Bedding and towels are included and there is a travel cot and a high chair available.
For larger parties, our similar sister cabin, "Audrey", is also available, and sleeps 4. Please note - top bunk may be slightly restrictive for a large adult.
