Up on the first floor there is a light, open-plan living/dining room and kitchen area with those lovely time-wasting sea views – binoculars provided to observe the shipping which passes. Thoroughly well done, comfortable and convenient. Take a day walking in nearby Mount Edgcumbe’s 800 acres or take the seasonal pedestrian ferry to Plymouth
