Beautiful guest house carefully decorated in a vintage style, located on a plot of 1000 m2, behind the main house but totally independent.
The pool is shared. There are 2 independent houses on the plot of 1.000 m2. I live with my family in one house, and the other house we rent. This means that the pool is shared with 2 houses. However, we will do our utmost to ensure that you have the maximum of privacy. Tenants can use the pool and terraces, as you can see in the photos.
The costs of electricity are not included in the rent and have to be paid separately. The cost of the electricity varies between 2-5 euro per day (depending on the use of air conditioning). We ask a security deposit of 200 euros to be paid in cash on arrival in the apartment, which will be returned to you on the departure day also in cash.

The house has 2 floors with an area of about 75 m2 and has a large private terrace, barbecue area and access to the pool, which is located in front of the main house. The pool is shared, although during the stay of our guests, we keep your privacy and we do not use it frequently.
The ground floor has a very spacious and fully equipped kitchen, followed by the living room, with adequate spaces for relaxation. A bathroom with shower with towels and hairdryer.
The first floor is a spacious open loft type bedroom, with 5 single beds and 2 office tables.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and gas central heating. It has a Wi-Fi Internet connection and a parking space inside the property. Pets are not allowed.
We will be at your disposal for everything you need during your stay. Especially recommend good beaches, restaurants and places to visit.
