This house is a new construction, and is built in a very simple way, placing special emphasis on comfort and well-being, preserving as much as possible all the characteristics of the local architecture. Open beams, gabled ceilings, ceramics, ironwork and granite stone from the Villacastín quarry.
The house is divided up into two floors. On the ground floor we have a large front terrace, which is reached from the large gate that leads out onto the street. From here, we can access all the different areas of the house: lounge-dining room, with its own fireplace, direct access to the garden where there is a kind of terrace which is ideal for the summer months.
