Wonderful family home within easy walking distance to one of the UK's most beautiful beaches and a fine local pub. With great surf, a child friendly estuary, 2 links golf courses and endless hiking there is never a shortage of things to do. The house is shabby chic and very homely.
The space
The house is on two floors with one bedroom and the family bathroom (bath and shower) on the ground floor and two further bedrooms upstairs, one with an ensuite bathroom. The other has a lower than normal entrance door. There is a large entrance room, kitchen with dining table (leading to an outside deck/BBQ/outside dining area), sitting room with a small balcony (open to the kitchen) and TV room.

The house has a small office which is locked. It also has a basement which is private. There is an area of garden which is also private and gated off. The workshop is also private.

The house is very quiet and protected from prevailing south westerly winds. It is a real suntrap and between the deck, balcony and front garden, it gets sun all day long. Pets are well fenced in.
