There are several golf courses in the area and the historic old town of Marbella is just 15 mins away and Puerto Banus a further 10 mins from the old town. There is an upmarket convenience store in the urbanisation and two larger supermarkets nearby. There are many beach bars and restaurants in the area to fit all budgets.

Summary: We enjoyed a lovely week's stay over the May-June half term '24. The villa is spacious, with 4 good sized bedrooms all on the ground floor. The mezzanine has a comfortable area for watching TV (not that we used it) and access to the two roof balconies. We found the villa stayed pretty cool during the day, though there is air-con in the bedrooms if required. The garden and pool area is lovely. There is plenty of space, lots of privacy and the pool is a good size and depth. Gardeners come during the week to keep everything looking pristine. There is a gas fired BBQ. Communication with the owner was seamless and he provided a lot of very helpful and detailed information in advance, really couldn't have asked for more. The villa is in a peaceful location, even though it's not that far off of the AP-7. There isn't really anything much within easy walking distance, but 30-35 mins would get you to the beach and Sinbad's restaurant. I would say it is much easier to drive to places though, with gorgeous beachside restaurants like Luuma Beach within very easy access. There's a small supermarket about 5 mins drive away and a larger one about 10 mins drive. Trips to Marbella (Old Town is lovely) and Puerto Banus (to see the boats and cars!) were easy trips and a drive of just over an hour up through the hills will get you to Ronda, which is absolutely worth the effort. As a family of 4 (2 x teenagers) we absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back.
