On entrance level there is a fully fitted kitchen and spacious lounge and dining area. Patio doors lead to a terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a bathroom with walk in shower. Stairs lead to the roof terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the view of the sea and surrounding area.

The famous seven hanging valleys walking trail starts at Centeanes beach and it well worth the effort for the views of the magnificent coastline.
Within a short drive there are several excellent golf courses including Gramacho. It is also possible to walk to Vale do Milho which is a 9 hole par three course which welcomes all ages and abilities so a great activity for all the family.
