There are shops, cafés, pubs, bars and restaurants all just a 10-minute stroll away from the apartment as well as direct access to the coastal path around Woolacombe Bay, and Barricane Beach with its café’s famous ’Curry on the Beach’ (in high season only) is directly opposite where you can make the most of the beautiful sunsets.
Local picturesque villages Mortehoe, Croyde and Lee are well worth a visit, as well as Exmoor National Park. Victorian llfracombe is 15 mins by car where there are supermarkets and attractions including a theatre, aquarium, Damien Hirst’s ’Verity’, the tunnel beaches and a working fishing harbour offering boat trips to Lundy island, and further afield the main town of Barnstaple has all the facilities you need.
