Positive: Fantastic location - our 3rd annual visit and well-equipped for our needs. The views are stunning and so much to do and see in this part of Norfolk.

Negative: I forget how long and steep the staircase is... Comfortable for up to 3 people - 4 becomes something of a squeeze.
