The annexed Georgian farmhouse has been sympathetically restored throughout and is complete with a well appointed country-style kitchen, light-filled south facing conservatory/dining area and cosy living room with with exposed beams and roaring log burner. The large enclosed garden boasts a wooden swing set, rope ladder, climbing rope and garden games as well as a picnic table and additional outdoor chairs. Located on the outskirts of Snowdonia National Park, Ynys Golan is within driving distance of Cardigan Bay's beaches, the fantastic attractions along The Llyn Peninsula and the breath-taking sights of Anglesey. For some memorable family days out visit Criccieth Castle and Black Rock Sands or stroll along the Wales Coastal Path to nearby Porthmadog. Slightly further afield, the adrenaline-packed experiences at the Zip World sites dotted throughout Snowdonia National Park are certainly worth a trip!

Kitchen and utilities: Country-style kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, radio and small circular breakfast table in front of the warming electric fire. Utility room with washing machine, dishwasher, Belfast sink and cleaning facilities.
Entertainment: TV with DVD player and Google TV in lounge. Wi-Fi available.
For families: Travel cot, high chair and stairgate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.
Outside: Fully enclosed lawned garden - secure for both children and dogs. Wooden swing set with 2 swings, a rope ladder and climbing rope. Picnic table and benches and a trunk with further outdoor chairs and games e.g. badminton, cricket, boules, frisbee, football, juggling balls.
