A wonderful 7 bedroom Georgian Farmhouse located in Winterton-on-sea. The house sleeps 16 and is child and dog friendly (up to 4) and has undergone a refurbishment and offer high quality holiday accommodation for large groups.
The house has a wonderful, well equipped kitchen where you will find two dishwashers, a range cooker, an additional double oven and lots of storage space. The kitchen has a sitting area and dining room flows off it. We have had a table specially made to enable all 16 guests to dine in comfort.
There are two elegant sitting rooms which lead off either side of the hallway, each are equipped with comfortable sofas and chairs plus TVs with Netflix etc. The Conservatory leads off the sitting room and offers a peaceful and tranquil space to read the paper or chat. We have converted the double garage into a games room which has a full size pool table, a table tennis table and a Dart Board plus a box of wooden toys for the little ones.
Upstairs you will find seven spacious bedrooms, including a family suite with a bunk room adjacent to the king size bedroom and split level room which has a king bed on the upper level and a full size single on the lower level. Both family rooms have en-suites. There is one further en-suite King room, plus two King bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom all of which share the large family bathroom with a bath, shower and WC . There is also a separate WC along the hallway.
The house has been decorated in a relaxed coastal theme. The beds are very comfortable and will be made up before your arrival using Egyptian cotton bed linen. Your bath towels are provided along with hot tub towels - please bring your own beach towels and cot bedding.
The house sits within a 1/3 of an acre and has a well tended garden which flows round the house. There is a hot tub which is in its own log cabin and table which seats 16 and a charcoal BBQ for al fresco meals on the terrace.
