Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Staff were great, really forendly, beds were comfortable and it was a really fab location!

Negative: Unfortunately we had a few issues, ventilation in the room was poor, window was dripping, but couldn't open the window due to the noise of the beer garden below, when we went to have a shower in the morning, it didnt work. At all. There was also no one we could contact for help, in addition the cleaner must have turned up at around 830/9am and turned the music on in the pub, at what sounded like full volume! I did email them directly with my concerns but unfortunately they also failed to respond to that.

Summary: Graemmeat location and staff, but amenities are sadly lacking
