Situated in Dennis Port and within walking distance to the beach, a charming coastal getaway awaits at this 5BR/2BA home. A comfortable sectional and chairs set the scene for relaxation in the living area. In the evening, settle in to stream your favorite shows. Prepare tasty meals in the upgraded kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. This will be sure to inspire your inner chef, and the gas range and large sink make meal prep simple. While dinner simmers, socialize in the sitting area just off the kitchen. When it’s time to eat, gather around the six-person table in the inviting dining area. Enjoy breakfast at the kitchen bar with seating for two. This two-story home sleeps 11 guests in five bedrooms. Find comfort in the 1st floor main bedroom with queen bed. The second bedroom on the first floor is outfitted with full bed. Three additional guest rooms located on the 2nd floor – one separated with its own staircase off the living area – equipped with two twin beds. The right wing of the home will have two bedrooms each equipped with a plush full bed and twin bed. The bathroom is configured with combo tub/shower. Enjoy at the end a beautiful beach day with cocktails and a delicious meal on the deck with comfortable seating. Sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill, then dine alfresco at the table for eight. The spacious yard is an ideal venue for fun and games. An outdoor shower is handy after visiting the beach. Stroll 8 minutes (4/10 mile) to the beach to spend leisurely days along the sandy shoreline and in the more temperate waters of Nantucket Sound or Head 4 miles to Harwich Port and catch the ferry to visit Nantucket or Martha’s Vineyard. In the event of cancellation for any reason, please contact us immediately followed by in writing. Written notice of cancellation must be accompanied by payment of a $295 cancellation fee to Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty, which may be charged to a credit card. Upon Notice of Cancellation, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty will endeavor to find a substitute tenant. In the event a substitute tenant is found, monies paid in advance will be refunded, less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due. You herein acknowledge that you will only be entitled to a rebate only if you give written notice, pay the cancellation fee and the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. For your protection, Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty recommends the purchase of Optional Travel Insurance provided by CSA. In the event the property does not rent for the same terms, all Guest payments for the entire agreement amount are due and forfeited to the owner.
