The villa itself has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. There is a large fully equipped kitchen adjacent to the large outdoor seating / dining area – uniquely decorated by hand using mosaic tiles. On the first floor there is a large lounge, so you can sit back and relax after a day in the sun and enjoy some TV entertainment. Another option is to enjoy a glass of wine on the huge beach-facing balcony, which is just off the lounge.
The large pool is located at the back of the villa for a little extra peace and quiet and is set into low maintenance Astroturf to keep everything looking neat and tidy.
The house is in an entirely residential area, giving it a peaceful feel. The beauty of being located in Orihuela Costa in Southern Costa Blanca is that nothing is too far away. La Zenia Boulevard with over 150 shops is just a short drive. The popular resort of Torrevieja is just 25 minutes by car from here and Murcia, the capital of this province, is a 40-minute drive inland and well worth visiting to experience everything this historic city has to offer. 40 minutes’ drive south of Villa Reuben is the famous Manga del Mar Menor strip with the Mar Menor on one side and the Mediterranean on the other, this area is often referred to as “a paradise between two seas”.
