Exterior:
The villa has a huge front terrace equipped with a ping-pong table, foosball table, pool table and two bicycles, all for exclusive use by guests. The independent entrance guarantees total privacy. At the back, they will find another terrace that includes sofas, sun loungers and a large outdoor swimming pool. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. This area also has an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, a dining area, a 32-inch television and a music zone.
Interior:
On the ground floor of Villa Serenity, you will find spaces designed for your comfort and enjoyment. The living room, tastefully decorated, features a 75-inch smart television and high-speed WiFi. The large glass doors open towards the pool area, offering a direct connection with the outdoors and filling the space with natural light.
The kitchen, modern and fully equipped, includes an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and microwave, in addition to all the necessary kitchenware to prepare delicious meals. Just next to the kitchen, you will find a service toilet for greater convenience.
The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower tray, a click clack sofa bed, air conditioning, a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom offers two 90 cm beds, a desk, a window to the outside, air conditioning and a spacious wardrobe. The third bedroom also has two separate beds, a desk, wardrobe and air conditioning.
Between the two bedrooms with 90 cm beds, there is a full bathroom with a shower tray and hairdryer. In addition, guests have a laundry room with an iron and ironing board at their disposal.
Going up the stairs, you will reach the first floor, where the fourth and fifth rooms are located. The fourth room is equipped with a 90 cm bed, wardrobe, mirror and window to the outside. The fifth room offers a double bed, air conditioning, desk and en-suite bathroom with spacious shower tray. This room has access to a large outdoor terrace, partially covered and partially open, ideal for sunbathing. The terrace is equipped with sofas and offers a nice view of Playa Blanca.
The house has a cot available upon request. A towel set is provided for each guest, in addition to pool towels and bed sheets.
