HUGE VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) for up to 14 people.
LAY OUT: Distributed on two floors, this huge villa will be the perfect place to gather all the family and friends to enjoy a splendid vacation on our sunny Costa Blanca.On the ground floor we will find a warm living-dining room with a beautiful fireplace, comfortable sofas and a beautiful wooden table with six chairs, from this beautiful room we will have access to the terrace of the pool and the garden. From here we will also have access to the fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious meals and enjoy them all together. On this floor we will find two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower, we will access the third and last room through an exterior staircase that leads to a terrace to access the bedroom which has a double bed and a bathroom en suite with a bathtub. Then there is another staircase that will take us to another 4 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 2 with single beds) and a bathroom.
OUTSIDE: The villa has space to park several vehicles. We can enjoy just outside the living-dining room the great BBQ area that also serves as a second kitchen with a large table where we will enjoy fantastic evenings all gathered and we can rest on the original bench with colorful cushions, sheltered from the powerful summer sun . But we will also enjoy the sun of our beautiful Costa Blanca thanks to the wonderful sunbeds on the terrace of the spectacular 11mx5m swimming pool.
LOCATION: This wonderful villa is in a very quiet area of Calpe where we will find privacy but at the same time it is close to all services and at only 700m we will find the fantastic sandy beach called Levante with its lovely coast and its fantastic bars and restaurants , and it is right next to the majestic Peñón de Ifach, the perfect place to reconnect with nature .
