This spectacular and unique 5 bedroom villa is set on the rocks overlooking the Tivoli marina hotel in Portimao where the River Arade meets the Atlantico ocean, you have spectacular views out across Portimao marina to Ferragudo. The property is surrounded by lush gardens and boasts a heated swimming where you can enjoy the amazing views. There is an outdoor table with seats for all guests and sun loungers. Inside the house you have a fully equipped kitchen and a large open living room with big windows where you can admire the view. There are three sofas and another dining table with chairs as well as a conservatory style room with live plants and seating. Upstairs are three bedrooms. The first has two single beds, wardrobes and dressing table and the second has a king size bed again with wardrobes and a small balcony with stunning views to the marina. The two bedrooms share a bathroom which has a toilet, sink and shower. The master bedroom has a large superking size bed with an amazing classic design and a dressing room. The master has an ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. From the top floor you can exit to a unique sun terrace with sun loungers and amazing views. If we head to the lower floor via the staircase in the living area then you are greeted by a chill out area and bar. Downstairs you will find a further two bedrooms one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, both open up on to a downstairs terrace . The downstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, toilet and sink. This amazing and unique property will undergo a huge renovation in the winter of 2023-24 so watch this space for spectacular developments!
