The villa is distributed all on first floor, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with bathtub and one recently renovated with shower, living-dining room with air conditioning, glazed terrace at the entrance of the house and a semi-independent kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, toaster, a large American fridge, coffee maker, oven, etc.. The two bedrooms are equipped with TV, air conditioning in the large bedroom and the other has a fan, all windows with mosquito nets.From the living-dining room there is direct access to the semi-covered terrace with table and chairs and ceiling fan, there is also a summer kitchen, well equipped also with ceiling fan, refrigerator, microwave, camping gas, all the necessary utensils and independent access to one of the bedrooms.
The sunny pool area invites you to sunbathe and relax on the sun loungers under the palm trees or lie in the hammock. You can also take a stroll in the large plot behind the house with a beautiful garden with Mediterranean plants and fruit trees.
