Very neat and perfectely equipped villa for 4-6 persons, with phantastic views of Denia and the sea in a calm area at only 10 minutes from the city and the beaches.
The villa offers a bright living-dining area with panoramic windows with breath taking views to the sea, a large and very complete kitchen with dish washer, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bath room and 1 shower bath room en-suite. Both the bedrooms and the lounge have aircon and TV (spanish and ASTRA Sat). From the lounge you can access to the romantic terraced garden at the backside of the house, at its end there is a guest house with another bedroom with aicon and fridge and access to a large terrace awning and with fascinating views over Denia and to the sea.
The beautiful, private garden has an attractive little pool with lighting, further there is a great Jacuzzi to relax, also a shower, a gas BBQ and next to it a dining area in the shade. Furthermore there are several seats to enjoy the sun and the views.
The villa and terraces are completely furnished and equipped for a comfortable, relaxing vacation.
