COMFORTABLE VILLA WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA). For a maximum of 7 guests.
LAYOUT: This villa offers us the best comfort of a very warm villa, practical and with an easy distribution to enjoy a perfect holiday with family or friends. We access the villa through the main gate, where we can access easily with our vehicles.There is a slight inclined ramp downside, where we encounter an open space to park the vehicles right next to the villa. Once entering the villa area, we see on our left a very nice terrace, where guests can enjoy some relaxing time or have their meals whilst along with family and friends. Passing by this terrace,we walk towards the pool area, where we encounter to the left, the main entrance door to the villa. The first space we enter is the kitchen area.The kitchen area is connected with an open living area, where we can enjoy memorable cozy moments with our beloved ones. Furthermore we find on the level, the main bedroom ,with a comfortable double sized bed,offering a spacious terrace connected to it.The bathroom is ensuite, equipped with a bathtub and shower. Next to the bedroom there is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. At the end of the corridor there is another bedroom, equipped with one single bed. Going upstairs, we have directly to our left another bathroom with a toilet and shower,next to a room with two single beds.Then, on the other side, we have an office area,which is a previous room towards the other main bedroom with a double bed. This last bedroom offers a wide terrace where we can appreciate amazing views over the skyline of Calpe and surroundings. This room has got a Italian shower and another separate toilet room next to the sides of the bed
EXTERIOR: Next to the main building, there is a little summer house where guests can have their meals in the most comfortable way. Plenty of shade is offered whilst this unit can be completely closed. It is close to the swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers to use. The pool is a bigger dimensioned one than a standard pool, offering a 12X6 meter pool. At all moments, fantastic views over Calpe and its green surroundings can be appreciated,making this area the perfect place for a great be together amongst friends and family.
LOCATION: The villa is only five minutes driving to the town of Calpe. There we will find restaurants, bars and many leisure areas.. There are also excellent beaches and different activities that we can do on the Costa Blanca.
