Our unique house is located in the heart of the Tuscarawas Valley. We have over 100 acres behind the house with mowed hiking trails and breathtaking views. We are within minutes of many local golf courses, Frisbie Golf courses, Amish Country, Warther’s Museum, Zoar Village, Tuscora Park, Hiking and Biking Trails, Pro Football Hall of Fame, Atwood Lake, Schoenbrunn Village, Trumpet in the Land, shopping, restaurants and many Wedding Barns.
During your stay, you might see us feeding our farm animals, including horses, goats, ducks, chickens, roosters, peacocks, cows, barn cats, Golden Retrievers and beagles! We are always happy to answer questions and ensure you have a comfortable, memorable stay.
We are 3 miles from downtown New Philadelphia or Dover. Most people from out of town have rented a car. There are many excellent restaurants within a half mile to five miles. We have a lot of property to walk and many bike trails nearby.
Verizon is our internet. It works everywhere. T-Mobile and AT&T and Sprint do not work very well. They do work occasionally if you find the right spot. But wifi is strong.
You will access the Villa on the end of the house.
Park in the lower driveway ( not blocking the garage door) and walk up the path past the spring house. The spring house will be on your left. The Villa door will be on the end of the house on the left.
There is no Washer or Dryer. But can be available upon request if you have a longer stay.
The pool is available weather permitting. It is a large pool and pool area. We have multiple areas set up around the pool for social distancing and privacy. We do have another Airbnb on the property that may be using the pool, too. This has never been a problem with guests Again, it is a large pool with an even larger deck with multiple seating areas for everyone. We added a ping pong table in the pool house. A fire pit is available at the pool. Bundles of wood are available for $5.
Renting a car is best. There is plenty of parking.

This Villa is not handicap accessible. The bedrooms are up a flight of stairs. There are 3 steps to go up to get into the house. There are 4 steps to get into the downstairs bathroom.
