Welcome to the Blacksmith’s Workshop built in the 1800s.
We are in the small medieval settlement of East Firsby near the market town of Spilsby. The workshop is located on the edge of our property, down a small single track road with private entrance and parking for 1 car.
The workshop is self catering with one double bedroom and a separate kitchen/living room.
We have tried to keep as many original characteristics of this property as possible so this is a perfect stay for anyone looking for a luxury and unique ‘glamping’ experience.
Ideal for cyclists, dog walkers, nature enthusiasts and anyone looking for a weekend escape to unplug and relax!

The nearest town Spilsby is a 10 min drive and has many restaurants, take aways (no delivery service), Pubs and a variety of shops including Sainsburys , co-op. We are also lucky to be located near the famous Firsby Fudge kitchen which sells it at the top of our drive!
Please keep in mind many shops only take cash
During the summer months many of the towns hold weekend events, including beer festivals, 1940s weekend and county shows.
You will also be spoilt for choice with lots of public footpaths to explore (os map274)
*** PLEASE READ ***
As there is no mains connected water, the hot water is available via a 8ltr hot water tap and cold water is available in 25ltr container with tap.
There is extra water to keep you topped up for your stay and we can provide more if needed.
All water is fresh drinking water in the kitchen, outside in the toilet is mainly recycled water.
As this is a rural area there is a very limited internet/Wi-Fi connection.
The garden to the workshop is private and dog safe but please be aware that neighbours do have pets / livestock and you are responsible for your dogs.
Due to the age of this building there are several uneven floor areas and workshop tools up for decoration. Please be mindful of this if you’re booking for someone with mobility issues.
