This delightful, single-storey, detached holiday cottage is situated in a wonderful location, and makes a peaceful retreat for couples or small families. Nestling within 3 acres, Tovey Lodge has shared use of the grounds along with the owners' and their dogs, and is situated at the foot of the South Downs National Park, close to an AONB. For the little ones, there is also an outdoor childrens play area wih a trampoline. Ditchling, 1 mile, has shops, pubs and a museum, or Ditchling Beacon and Common is close by, known for breathtaking views and hill walks. Local attractions include Stoneywash Nature Reserve, Bentley Wildfowl and Motor Museum, Brighton and Plumpton races, Glyndbourne Opera House and the historic market town of Lewis. The cosmopolitan city of Brighton is just a 10-minute drive away, with its Royal Pavilion, pier, amusements, art galleries, leisure and shopping facilities. Within easy reach are the Seven Sisters Country Park, the Bluebell Steam Railway, various National Trust homes and gardens, Leanordslee, Wakehurst Park and Sheffield Park. Gatwick can be reached within 25 miles. Beach 8 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 1 mile.
