Positive: Location was perfect. Property size and facilities were great for a family of 4.

Negative: Some cleaning and repairs needed. Shower floods if the plug is left as designed in the outlet. Some deep cleaning needed inside cupboards and basement. The top bathroom is not so useful as we all wanted to take a shower so the bath, while pretty, is not much use. We missed towels for the 4th person in our party. A guide to the property and surroundings is needed to ensure we can settle into the property quickly.

Summary: Winter break near family. The house was comfortable and had all we needed to have meals and spend time in Ripon town. We
