Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Location was great for the festival we were working on. Very easy to access the property and close to facilities. Pub across the road was good although it had run out of beer! Booking for food was needed too.

Negative: It is on the the main A12 so there is traffic noise. It is quiet at night, during the day it is busy though. Be aware that there are some very low beams in the property. Not really an issue as long as you keep the lights on at night!

Summary: Good stay which was much better than the usual Premier Inn
