Summary: The Crescent Hotel is on the Georgian crescent overlooking the park and is a perfect location for going to the Stephen Joseph Theatre. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. Our room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Our only small quibble is that there is Open Mic night on Fridays and we were right above the bar, so we could hear the bass playing, but it wasn't too bad as we were on the third floor. Otherwise, it was quiet and very convenient and a reasonable price. Breakfast was very good with a nice range of choices. We will definitely stay again when we go to the theatre in Scarborough.
