Positive: Well equipped. Good kitchen with plenty of space. Very roomy property with nice balcony and lounge area with fantastic sea views Nice and secluded. Beach and headland have few people and are easily reached via a short path down the hill. Excellent location with easy access to the beach and walks along the coast and cliff-tops. Great views over the bay to Sennen and the Longships lighthouse from the property and garden. Very spacious kitchen/dinner with space for dogs too. Pet friendly. Ideal for dog owners. Works for cat owners too, but the strong smell of dogs will freak your cat out. Lovely place and would consider returning in spite of the issues documented below, although it would be nice if the owners would read this and do something about it.

Negative: All the beds are creaky, wobbly and need replacing with more solid and resilient frames. The mattresses are rather too soft also. The place was not heated on arrival and was very cold, damp and musty smelling. Although turning on the central heating soon fixed this. The flow of water in the bathrooms was ridiculously slow. A bath takes an hour to fill. The laminate flooring in all the bedrooms is coming apart. Septic tank is very smelly and needs pumping. Parking and maneuvering large cars is very tricky with no ideal turning area.
