Villa Francisco La Font is located in the appreciated residential area in Pollensa of La Font, although walkable for those who do not mind a longer walk, it is on the far side of the residential zone. We suggest walking by day, car evenings. Entry gates lead you to the circular entry driveway. Villa Francisco La Font is a charming, chic and stylish two storey villa in Mallorca. The Villa gardens and pool area are nestled in their semi-secluded "Haven".
Three stone steps lead you up to the front door which opens into a small lobby with feature traditional stone flooring.
French doors lead directly off the entry lobby opening into a super spacious light airy open-plan lounge /dining room, with large dining table. The lounge offers nicely designed large cane sofas and chairs and flat style TV. This room has feature arched wooden windows along one wall which allow you to look out onto the natural gardens beyond, that include a glass door opening out onto a partially covered terrace, with terrace furniture tables and chairs. The lounge/dining is delightfully decorated with a mix of both traditional and modern décor.
Leading off the dining area, a step down takes you into the light, airy and trendy decorated kitchen with its fittings in a delicate shade of sage green, kitchen table and chairs, ideal for breakfast in the mornings, features include stone wall and motif of large "flowers" on the dishwasher, adding to its chic ambience overall. There is a full glass door that leads out of the kitchen onto the terrace, with direct access to the pool and BBQ.
To the right of the lounge a step up leads into a small inner hall. Directly in front is a stylish WC with toilet with its unique designed hand basin in "brass" a beautiful decorative "look", along with its walls painted in vibrant burnt orange completes this stylish WC.
To the left of the inner hall two coloured glass French doors leads into the laundry room.
To the right of the hall two steps down lead into a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. Leading up from this bedroom via 2 steps there is the bedrooms own private en suite shower room. A step in shower cubicle that comprises an ultra modern designed shower fitment with its enormous shower head, this fitment allows water to flow from overhead, middle of the shower fitment, or via facility of a hand held shower hose, the choice is yours! There is also "his N hers" modern and stylish hand basins.
Off the entry lobby, a step down leads directly into the super master bedroom. Firstly into a small inner hall, on the right a large walk in robe zone, in front there is the bedrooms own private complete en suite bathroom, bath with shower over the bath, the room comprises also nicely designed " his N hers" hand basins. A step up from inner hall leads into the actual bedroom itself, with its classic style "four poster" double bed.
Also leading off the entry lobby, stairs with wrought iron handrail lead up to a twin bedroom with fitted wardrobes, feature head bed of bamboo look and design, this bedroom has its own small private en suite shower room with step in shower nicely decorated in beige an white ceramic tiles, and has a stylish freestanding modern hand basin.
The nicely shaped pool is located at the back of the Villa, has both ladder and roman steps access and is located at the back of the Villa. There is grass on one side of the pool and cement terrace the other. Nearby the pool there are sun beds, together with small table and chairs to take enjoy a lunch, or cool drink under the shade of the trees. There is also a pool side shower next to the pool.
Leading off the pool zone to the BBQ the access is by sloping lawn with steps or steps only. The covered BBQ offers an open patio terrace on one side which has a large round stone table, a delightful spot to entertain alfresco or evenings.
Villa Francisco La Font is a charming villa in a residential zone, set in natural grounds and surrounds yet offers semi-seclusion of pool and garden zone, located at the back of the Villa. We have given tender loving care in decorating the villa, ensuring the Villa offers a mix of stylish, chic, modern and classic décor throughout, suiting all tastes, this, combined with the super BBQ area and pool zone, completes the ambiance of the Villa overall. The Villa is ideally located as not far from the beautiful cove beaches of Cala St.Vincent and a little further away beaches of Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa just around the corner! Note. As this villa has varied split level areas throughout, it may not prove suitable for some guests. We suggest walkable by day to outskirts of town of Pollensa, as although walkable distance is, approx. 2.9km, an easy walk for some yet not so, for others, and, not forgetting our wonderful Pollensa Local Market on Sundays!
