Lovely family townhouse in a residential area on the edge of the countryside which is set over four floors with lovely views and near Alvor town and Sky Diving centre and Penina golf. The basement is very large and can be used as a play room for children or for keep fit or yoga (DVDs are available for your use) It has a 50 inch TV and DVD player (for DVD use only) and seats so kids can go there and watch DVDs as well as play. There are books and games for your use. There is also a desk, chair, and printer in the basement. Large chess set, small pool table, table tennis table and kiddies football table. Should you have small children, we can arrange for put up beds to be put into one of the rooms. Please advise in advance. The kitchen is large and well equipped with dishwasher, large fridge freezer, nutri bullet etc for your use. The house has an all house water filter system so you can drink water straight from the tap. There is a door from the kitchen to the upper balcony that has a table and chairs to seat 6 people. There is also another set of table and chairs on the lower patio garden that seats 6 people. It is lovely sitting there and watching the skydivers descend! The lower patio garden area has a decked pool. There are also sun loungers for your use. The living room is homely, cosy and comfortable with soft lighting for the evening. There is a 49 inch TV that has Portuguese, British and American channels and radio/ films and unlimited wifi and has air conditioning. The living room has double glazed patio doors that look out onto the upper balcony. The living room can be closed off to the landing by double doors. The two large sofas easily sit 6 plus there is a leather reclining chair. The lower bedroom consists of two single beds and built-in wardrobes. It has a fan but no air conditioning. There is a newly fitted bathroom on that floor that consists of a shower, toilet and sink. The bedrooms on the second floor consist of two double bedrooms with double beds and fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom has a superking bed with built in wardrobes. The master bedroom has a large TV. All upper bedrooms have balconies with lovely views. All rooms upstairs have air conditioning The new family bathroom on that floor consists of a roll top victorian style bath, walk in shower and single basin. There is a large roof top terrace on the top floor with spectacular panoramic views to Monchique, Lagos, Sagres the sea and countryside. With great views also to watch the sky divers and the sunset. There is a table and chairs that seats 8 people and four sun loungers and two reclining chairs A lovely place to sit and watch the sunset with a cocktail or two! The property is about 2 miles from Alvor town and the harbour where you can access the beautiful beaches. Walking is a nice, easy walk partly through the countryside and usually takes around 25 minutes, it is nice to have an evening stroll into Alvor. There is also a bus service (time table in the villa) Also taxis are also very reasonable and reliable. The sky diving centre is about 1 mile away and is an easy walk. There are also restaurants and bars within easy walking distance if you don't want to go into town. As were are between Portimao and Alvor, it means that Portimao and Aqua shopping centre are 25 minutes walk away too. The nearest supermarket is a ten minute walk. All equipped for a relaxing holiday
