Games area in the lounge with air hockey and pool table. Oil central heating, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Shared front garden with private seating area. The front lawn is decorated for Christmas. One well-behaved dog welcome with bowl, blanket and treats available. Off road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub and beach 10 mins walk.
