The CASA VANILLA is a beautiful modern villa situated in the tranquil countryside area of Vale de Parra and just behind the magnificent and uncrowded Gale/Salgados beach. Some of the best restaurants in the Algarve are close by and the popular resort of Albufeira is only 5km away. The villa holds a tourism licence (registration 15056/AL) which means it has passed all the requirements and inspections of the relavent authorities.
The CASA VANILLA approached down a quite tarmacked track with no through traffic is for people looking for a top class villa. It is ideal for winter or summer holidays as it is fully air conditioned/heated throughout and has triple glazing with internal venetian blinds,roll up mosquito netting on all windows, a security alarm system, central fire alarm system and safe. Entrance to the property is through electronically operated gates with an internal telephone intercom system for added security. The villa is surrounded by its own ample terrace complete with covered built in barbeque area in well lit stone walled gardens which include a large swimming pool which has the facility to be heated if so desired at an additional cost to be agreed prior to arrival. Gated child pool safety fencing is available, this can be fitted or removed on request prior to arrival. There is a large Pergola on the terracing giving a fantastic shady spot ideal for Alfresco meals. An abundance of sun loungers, umbrellas and patio furniture surround the pool area.
The light and spacious interior being on one level throughout has been tastefully furnished to a high standard and comprises of a large lounge/dining room with a feature fireplace, 75 Inch UHD Smart TV with wide range of international TV channels (English, German, French, Italian and more), DVD player, Apple TV and a Sonos sound system. This really is a most comfortable room to fully relax and dine in, with sliding window doors overlooking patio and pool area making this a very light and airy space.
There is a fully equipped all electric (so there are no gas concerns) fitted kitchen with a breakfast seating area, it has a built in double oven and hob unit, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge/freezer and many other appliances and utensils. The kitchen breakfast area opens out onto the pool, patio and barbeque area making it convenient for outside catering.
There are four bedrooms all fully air conditioned two with double beds, two with twin beds, all beds are divans with top quality mattresses. The master double bedroom has a luxury ensuite shower / wet room designed for easy access i.e. no step-ups, there are large fitted wardrobes and king size bed. The other double bedroom and one twin bedroom also have luxury ensuite shower rooms and built in wardrobes. The fourth twin bedded room also has fitted built in wardrobes and a luxury separate full bathroom which is ideal for families with young children and people who prefer to bathe. All four bath/shower rooms have been totally renovated to a top quality spec.
Cots and high chairs are available on request. Please supply your own beach towels.
Car hire is strongly advised to enable you to enjoy your holiday to the full in this very friendly Algarvian area. However there are several restaurants and bar/cafes within a 5 min walk, and a supermarket within a few minutes walk. The beach is 1.7 km down the road.
The air-conditioning at Casa Vanilla is included in the rental price, no separate charges apply. The pool heating is available at an extra cost agreed before arrival. Wi-Fi is installed in the villa and is included in the rent. Internet (fiber 100MB).
Lucinda the house manager/cleaner is at the house to provide a maid service every other day, except Sundays & public holidays. All linen is provided, as are towels, including one pool towel per client, this saves on luggage space when travelling but clients must launder these themselves. We supply an electric hair dryer this along with the pool towels are clients responsibility to replace in cases of loss or damage.
During July-September the minimum rental period is one week with changeoverday Saturdays.
