The Boat House Studio is in a wonderful area of outstanding natural beauty situated in St Lawrence on the Southern tip of the Isle of Wight and overlooking the English Channel surrounded by the Downs and lush countryside and its exotic flora and fauna.Come and stay in our stylish, self contained Boat House Studio. It is available for short stays. It is ideally located if you are walking, or cycling round the Island, or just want to experience the changing sea and skies and listen to the waves. The studio is situated within an area of outstanding natural beauty, only few minutes from bridle paths overlooking the famous Sugarloaf and Woody Bay and very close to Steephill Cove and Ventnor and with St Catherine’s Lighthouse nearby.
The Studio is selfcontained and light, bright and quirky with its own entrance and double patio doors, which open onto a small private Mediterranean style patio to sit out on. There is an open plan small kitchen/ diner for making light meals with a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi access. The walk through open plan bedroom offers a large double and a bed settee ideal for couples, or a small family who enjoy openplan living. Our wonderful Pergola looks right over the sea, with spectacular views of the Sugar Loaf great for outside eating, a drink or a cream tea and there is a modern gas BBQ for use by guests.
. A small welcome pack is available on arrival - arrangements for the key will be given in advance. Book in times are 3.00pm and departure times are 10.30am. We have a private parking space for the studio. There is a well-stocked post office/community shop across the road which offers a range of food and drinks, papers and other treats.
