This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. This unit allows two pets with a weight limit of 35 lbs or less, no pet is allowed without approval from management - there is a pet fee of $40/Night for anyone bringing a pet.
Bikes: Bikes are available to rent locally.
Parking notes: There is no parking in the driveway, only street parking is allowed. Availability is on a first come-first serve basis. Please DO NOT park in the driveway, as this is parking for the main house.
Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.
